March 2026 — with the 2026 season only just underway.

The Brief

IMAC Queensland helps cotton growers market and sell their cotton across regional Australia. Before the portal, every contract meant manual admin — PDFs by hand, emails one by one, records in separate spreadsheets.

The Solution

We built a custom web portal that centralises grower data and automates the contract workflow end to end. Positions are entered once, the system generates a signed PDF and sends confirmation emails automatically.

/03The Results

In March 2026 alone, the platform generated 70 contracts and automatically delivered 237 emails at a 99.16% deliverability rate.

That meant zero manual drafting, zero manual sending, and more than 17 hours of admin saved in a single month — based on a conservative estimate of 15 minutes saved per contract.

And with the 2026 season only just underway, the time savings are still compounding.

From what initially felt like a daunting project, Dugald delivered an exceptional result through his expertise and deep knowledge. The portal has significantly improved my efficiency, allowing me to travel and meet clients knowing all our data is easily accessible. It also provides our clients with immediate access when they are out of the office via our app, while opening up exciting opportunities to build interactive features on the portal and grow our business. Dugald is an absolute pleasure to work with — patient, insightful, and always offering thoughtful advice. We see him as a long-term partner, and his knowledge will be integral to our continued growth.
